Yes the student will be eligible for appearing in JEE Advanced 2023 provided they satisfy all the other eligibility criterias.
Candidates should have been born on or after October 1, 1998. A relaxation period of 5 years is given to those belonging to SC,ST category; these candidates should have been born on or after October 1, 1993. Candidates may attempt JEE Advanced no more than twice in two consecutive years. Class XII examinations must have been taken in 2022 or 2023, and Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics must have been included in the candidates board examinations. Candidates must not have been previously admitted to any degree programme at an IIT, and those whose previous IIT admissions were revoked are not permitted to appear for the JEE Advanced 2023 examination.
