The AMU library has over 1.3 lakhs books, journals, and academic resources in print and digital form, with access to online databases for the latest research. The library features modern amenities such as a digital library, reading room, and group study rooms, and has knowledgeable staff offering reference services, interlibrary loan, and more. The library also has multimedia resources, such as CDs, DVDs, and audio-visual materials, to support teaching and research.

AMU has 20 hostels, 14 for male students and 6 for female students, with separate accommodations. AMU also provides on-site facilities, including mess, security, recreation areas, and laundry services within the hostel premises. Additional amenities within the hostels include common rooms, recording rooms, reading rooms, prayer rooms, yoga rooms, and First-Aid rooms.

The university has a large sports complex that includes several outdoor and indoor games facilities like a football ground, cricket ground, basketball court, volleyball court, and badminton court. It offers a well-equipped gym, swimming pool, and  multi-purpose hall for indoor games like table tennis, chess, carom, and more. AMU regularly conducts inter-college and inter-university sports competitions and provides proper training and coaching facilities.

The architecture labs at AMU include the CADD Lab, Material Museum, Computer Lab, Model Making Lab, Construction Lab, and Art and Graphics Lab to support students' learning and hands-on experience. All labs are fully air-conditioned. The laboratory is equipped with modern facilities, and drawing print-outs are available in all the laboratories.

AMU provides sophisticated facilities to students and staff. Parking Facility, IT Infrastructure, health centre, Auditorium, Administrative buildings, Cafeterias and dining halls, CCTV Cameras are available within the campus premises. ATM and post office facilities are also enclosed within the campus.
