The library facilities of Anna University are spread over an area of 4122 sq. mt. The three-storeyed library building has a large collection of books, journals, research papers, etc. Digital resources are also available at the library for students.

Boys Hostel: The university has multiple hostels for the accommodation of students. All hostels are well-maintained by the university departments. The rooms have an attached washroom, a television set, and intercom connectivity to the entire campus. The hostel mess serves hygienic and nutritious meals to students.

The Girls' Hostel: The women's hostel has individual dormitories for girls. The girls' hostels at the campus are well-furnished and offer a comfortable stay to students. All the basics facilities, such as washrooms, internet connection, etc., are provided to them. Each hostel has a mess that serves nutritious and hygienic food to students.

The Anna University Sports Board (AUSB) offers sports to all students equally. Basketball, football, hockey, tennis, and volleyball games can be taken up by students according to their interests. The board ensures efficient and smooth conduction of zone and inter-zone tournaments for all departments and colleges under the university.

Some of the other facilities comprise medical or hospital facilities, IT infrastructure, and convenience stores.

• Medical Or Hospital Facilities: The university has a health center for students, staff, and faculty members. It provides medical aid at no cost. Special consultations are held once a week with health experts. A functioning physiotherapy clinic is at your disposal. Furthermore, 24/7 ambulance and emergency services are at the disposal of both staff and students. Moreover, all students are covered with an accidental policy of Rs.50,000 each.

• IT infrastructure: The Ramanujan Computing Centre (RCC) provides the services and infrastructure of a great computer lab. The Centre was where the former President of India, Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, began his presidential post while working in this center. It caters to the administrative and academic requirements of its students and staff. Wi-Fi and video streaming services are highlighted features of the lab. It handles the admissions processes and entrance examinations and is a nodal QIP center for CSE programs.

Convenience Stores: There are co-operative, departmental, and shoe stores available on campus. The cooperative store meets stationery needs, while department stores provide basic convenience. Grooming can be done at barbershops, tuck shops, and shoe shops. STD/ISD booths are also available.
