Admissions are available at IIIT Allahabad for B.Tech., M.Tech., M.B.A., Ph.D., and other programs. For admission to the M.B.A. program, the university accepts results from the CAT, XAT, GMAT, CMAT, and MAT. At the Indian Institute of Information Technology in Allahabad, getting into a Ph.D. program depends on how well you do in school and how well you do in an interview.  Candidates must make sure they follow the rules for getting into IIIT Allahabad for a variety of courses, and that they keep an eye on both the entrance exam portal and the official website of the university.

Eligible criteria

• UG: Candidates must have cleared both the JEE Main test and the 12th  with a minimum of 60% exam from a recognized board.

• PG: For M.Tech, and Ph.D., candidates must have cleared the UG from the recognised board. 

Selection criteria

• JEE Main score and JoSAA counseling are used by IIIT Allahabad to determine admission to B.Tech programs.

• The GATE and CCMT counseling are used to determine admission to M.Tech.
