IIT Delhi Admissions

As IIT Delhi is holding the second ranking in the NIRF ranking system, most of the students are preferring this institute for admission. IIT Delhi admissions are based on national-level examinations. Certain eligibility criteria are required to enroll at IIT Delhi.

Admission procedure

For admission to IITs, it is mandatory to appear & clear the JEE advanced entrance examination. The stratum of getting admission to IIT Delhi is given below, Initially, the students need to check the JEE website and they have to register. Eligibility criteria

UG Program:

1) A candidate should have completed their 10+2 examination with the minimum required marks of 70% of marks or a 7 to 10 scale in CGPA in subjects of physics, chemistry, and mathematics. 2) 5% relaxation for SC/ST students.

PG Program:

A candidate should have secured a minimum of 60% marks in their under graduation. The selection criteria 1) As JoSAA Conducts the counseling program for IIT and Engineering seats, a candidate should undergo this. 2) A candidate should get a required rank/mark in the JEE Advanced examination.
