For admission, the students must pass the relevant entrance exams recognized by the institute and submit a completed application through the official NITC website. In addition, there are specific eligibility and selection criteria available to get into the institute.

Eligibility criteria

For B.Arch. Program:

• The students should have passed their 12th or higher secondary examination with the minimum required mark of 50%. 

• The candidate should have taken physics, chemistry, and mathematics as the major subjects in their higher secondary examination. 

For M.Arch. Program:

• The candidate should have secured a minimum of 6.5 CGPA in their      B.Arch. program. 
  
  

Selection Criteria

For B.Arch./ M.Arch. Program:

• The seat selection is based on the JEE Entrance Examination.

• The student needs to attend the JoSAA Counseling.
