The library contains more than 1,00,000 books, journals, proceedings, databases, electronic theses, dissertations, and online courses for students. This is one of the largest technical libraries in India. The digital library is also available for the students to access the book materials through online resources.

NITC is a fully residential institution. There are 11 hostels on the campus to provide accommodation for the students. The hostels are facilitated with a mess, a washing machine, 24/7 wi-fi connectivity, spacious & air-conditioned rooms, and all the other basic requirements.

The students can play indoor and outdoor games called tennis, football, volleyball, badminton, roller skating, hockey, basketball, etc. The management encourages the students to participate in many sports and game competitions.

The National Institute of Technology, Calicut has a cloud computing lab, a big data & bio-computing laboratory, an image processing and multimedia laboratory, a machine learning laboratory, a secure computing laboratory, a hardware and embedded systems laboratory, a network systems laboratory, and a software systems laboratory.

Apart from the facilities mentioned above, the National Institute of Technology, Calicut, offers 24/7 security, CCTV surveillance, ATM & banking services, a cafeteria, a shuttle service, a medical centre, a cafeteria, a gym, and club activities.
